Day four had me running into a little bit of difficulty. I still managed to pull off the goal, but was not as productive as I would have liked. I didn’t feel like working on the blue acrylic piece. What I wanted to do was draw. Good old fashioned black ink. White paper. Rapidograph pen. I was all set to go and my pen ran out of ink. Usually nothing too daunting. A simple task involving nothing more than a drop or two of ink and that tends to do the trick. For some reason the ink just wouldn’t start flowing. My guess is that this batch of ink might have run a little thick. Too thick, that is, to make its way through the inner workings of the rapidograph pen I love so dearly. So I ditched the drawing I was working on and pulled out the blue acrylic piece again and finished up my hour. And here’s what that looks like.
