Things I Love Thursday: Ice Cream Trucks
Let’s face it. Ice cream trucks are badass. I love them and I love what they’re all about. Here’s a collection of ice cream trucks that I think are super awesome.
This first one is probably my favorite out of the bunch.
Silver flames with pink outline…hell yeah!
The classic look of this yellow one is pretty sweet.
This one looks like it might be a short bus converted into an ice cream truck. Also, it had me at pink.
I wonder, does this truck only serve rainbow pops?
This amazing baby blue vintage truck is super awesome. I almost didn’t include it because it’s not used to sell ice cream, but it’s so cool I couldn’t resist. This post is about the trucks, not what they sell out of them. Check out Mr. Tastees for more info.
Possibly an old mail car transformed into an ice cream truck. Either way, I’d be stoked to cruise this thing around town.
This truck is straight up gangsta! And it’s got the hydraulics to prove it. That’s right, this baby hits the switches and can get all 3 wheel motion on your ass.
Another hydraulic one. And this shade of green gets me really excited.
Oh my gosh…ice cream drips off the roof and a waffle cone bottom! I want to eat this thing. Bonus: It also has hydraulics. Check the video.

Unfortunately, I have no idea where you can find any of these on the streets, but I know if I came across one I’d be getting myself a tasty drumstick.
the big gay ice cream truck is from new york! when i went out there i saw it and commented on it and my brother assured me they’re everywhere. ha!
These are all amazing! My favorite part about ice cream trucks where I am from was that they would sell mass amounts of mexican candy…..sooooo scrumptious!
